View Plot Map Canyon Greens is Open
We are ready for you to come and preview the first six homes at Canyon Greens. All six homes have stucco exteriors and three car garages. The floor plans are the “Astoria”, “Cottonwood”, “Bailey”, “Laurel”, “Newhaven”, and “Chandler”. All six homes have full yard landscaping.

View Plot Map Chiawana Estates is Open
To drive to this new neighborhood, from the freeway, exit at Road 100, south to Argent, east to Road 88, north on Road 88 to Chiawana Estates. This is within walking distance of McLoughlin Middle School and the new Chiawana High School.
The homesites are generous and will allow Sullivan Rowell to build four car garages or oversized three car garages with exceptional shop space. Plenty of space for those who want a pool.
